Gyoza are pan-fried Japanese dumplings.
Ingredients:
- 20 gyoza wrappers
- 200g shrimp
- 1/2 onion
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Cooking Instructions:
1. Finely chop an onion and shrimps into small piece. 2. Mix with other ingredients and wrap in gyoza wrappers. 3. Fry until golden brown. 4. Pour 2 tbsp of water into a frying pan, put the lid on and steam for 2-3 minutes. 5. Serve warm.
