Pico de Gallo is a classic Mexican tomato dip.

Ingredients:
– 5 red or yellow onions
– 25 Roma tomatoes
– 4 cups cilantro leaves
– 4 jalapeños
– 2 limes
– Salt, to taste

Cooking Instructions:
1. Dice tomatoes and onions.
2. Chop cilantro leaves.
3. Slice jalapeños in half and scrape out the seeds. Dice jalapeños finely.
4. Mix all tomatoes, onions, cilantro and jalapeño together.
5. Squeeze the juice from limes over the ingredients.
6. Add salt.
7. Stir to combine.
